DNA Natural offers a 14-day return period for ready-to-ship collection items from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused  
• It must be in its original packaging  
• It must be in resellable condition  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

DNA Natural operates as a design-focused production studio. Many of our products are made upon request.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order designs  
• Personalized products  
• Custom fragrance formulations  
• Corporate or project-based productions  

These products are specifically produced based on customer requirements and cannot be resold.
